SMS Terms

Contractor Alpha sends text messages in two ways:

On behalf of the contractor businesses that use AlphaMAX, to their own customers: replies to quote requests, quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, job updates, invoices and payment receipts, and requests to leave a review. These texts come from, and are sent for, that contractor.

From us to contractors who contact us through our website or ads: replies to your inquiry, call scheduling, and follow-ups about our services.

You only receive texts after you give your mobile number and agree to receive messages, for example by ticking the consent box on a quote or contact form, or by texting the business first.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies depending on your request and the work being done.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We share your number only with the providers that deliver the messages, and only so they can deliver them. Everything else about how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
